DESCRIPTION
The Project Controls Analyst has the responsibility of overseeing projects to ensure they stay within budget and are completed on time. This role involves supporting project execution by keeping accurate records of expenditures, tracking regulatory compliance at each phase, and monitoring market changes that may affect the project. This position will be based out of our Toronto office.

REQUIREMENTS
- Secondary degree or technical diploma in engineering, accounting, or constructions related.
- 2+ years of experience in infrastructure construction and/or cost controls.
- Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven, and an acceptable driving record as determined by Michels Review Team.
- Must be able to communicate verbally and through written language (by hand and digitally) in English.
