DESCRIPTION
The Manager, Preconstruction Services leads team members and ensures the successful delivery of proposals. This role involves working closely with other departments to meet project goals. Key responsibilities include overseeing the proposal process, maintaining strong interdepartmental communication, and implementing strategies to enhance proposal quality and win rates. This role is essential in shaping the foundation of our construction projects and contributing to the company's growth and success.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Communications, or related field plus 3 - 5 years of related experience. Equivalent combination of training and experience will be considered.
- Experience in managing and mentoring teams with Proposal/RFP process (implementation through closeout).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks to work effectively with tight deadlines and short timeframes while remaining positive.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and other systems as needed.
- Experience in the construction industry; heavy civil, tunneling, and/or power industry is an asset.
- Computer design in engineering standards.
LANGUAGES
- Must be able to communicate verbally and through written language (by hand and digitally) in English.
The target salary range: $100,000 to 110,000 CAD per annum. The starting salary is determined based on the successful candidate’s knowledge, experience and internal equity.
